Presence is the gateway to your inner temple. The more fully you meet yourself - breath by breath, feeling by feeling - the deeper you access the truth that lives beneath the noise. When you're truly present, your inner world begins to speak. And healing becomes a remembrance, not a task.

Presence isn’t something to understand - it’s something to feel. It’s not an idea, it’s a frequency - alive, intelligent, breathing through everything. It’s the foundation of my work, the moment where life starts to move again.

When we enter presence together, we’re not just becoming aware - we’re crossing into the meeting point between body, soul, and spirit. It’s where truth rises to the surface. Where old stories begin to loosen. Where the nervous system exhales and the body remembers its natural rhythm.

As energy begins to move - presence becomes the anchor. It’s what allows everything that’s been held back to be felt safely. Grief. Joy. Anger. Stillness. Love.

Nothing to fix. Nothing wrong. Everything welcome.

I don’t guide people to escape what’s uncomfortable - I invite them to meet it.
To soften into it.
To feel without resistance.
To witness without judgment.

In that space, the body begins to trust again. The armour melts. The deeper intelligence beneath emotion begins to speak.

This is the essence of my sessions - a living field of presence where truth emerges, energy integrates, and the self remembers how to come home.

Preparation tools and tips

  • Lighten your meals in the days leading up to your session. Consuming vibrant, nutritious foods will provide the sustenance your body craves while aligning with the high-frequency energy of the session, training or retreat.

  • Prioritize increasing your water intake as you approach your session. Staying well-hydrated is crucial - not only for your physical well-being but also to facilitate the free flow of energy during your experience. Remember to bring this conscious hydration into the session and throughout your training or retreat, where electrolytes can be a good idea to bring.

  • On the day of your session, kindly refrain from consuming unhealthy processed foods and any "false stimulants" such as drugs, energy drinks, and particularly coffee. These substances can deplete your life force as your body expends extra energy to process them, which may lead to your nervous system becoming overstimulated or entering a state of fight or flight.

  • Prior to the session, retreat or training, take time to journal your thoughts, intentions, and any emotions that may arise. This practice allows you to gain clarity and set purposeful intentions for your experience.

  • Designate a serene environment for yourself, free from distractions. Surround yourself with elements that inspire tranquility, such as calming music, natural scents, or meaningful objects that resonate with your journey.

  • Listen to your inner guidance regarding any specific pre-activation practices - whether it be fasting, cleansing, or incorporating gentle movement. Trusting your intuition will help you align with what feels best for your body and spirit.

  • Start each day with mindfulness techniques, such as meditation or deep breathing exercises, to center yourself and cultivate a peaceful state of mind in anticipation of the activation.

Before we meet, please make sure:

You have a stable internet connection.
You’re in a quiet space where you can sit or lie down undisturbed.
Your camera is positioned so I can see your body clearly.
.You have headphones or a speaker ready for music playback

You’ll also receive a curated Spotify playlist to support the transmission. If you don’t have a Spotify subscription, you can sign up for a free month.

What to Expect

We’ll begin by arriving together - attuning to the energy that’s alive in the moment.
What’s ready to shift, clear, or be called in.

Setting a clear intention is a powerful part of this process.

Then we move into the transmission.
A field of energy, frequency, and light codes where your body, soul, and nervous system can begin to unwind, recalibrate, and receive.

I may guide you through a short activation or simply invite you to:

Lie down
Breathe deeply
Begin the music
And open to the unseen

This is your sacred space to release, remember, and reconnect.

When the transmission is complete, I’ll gently guide you back.
We’ll land together, giving space to integrate, express, and close the container with intention and grounding.
